Your last chance for an Italian beef sandwich It sometimes takes more than a famous out-of-state name to create a steady following in Las Vegas and like fellow legendary import Anchor Bar and their Buffalo wings, Al’s Beef is prematurely shutting down and taking their beef sandwiches back home. Rumored to be closing for weeks, the casual counter service spot is confirmed to be shuttering on July 28.
