Every Burger in the Twin Cities You Need to Know About

This is so much more than just meat and a bun. The hamburger might be named for a town in Germany, but it has become an iconic dish in the American landscape. From diners to fine dining ground beef served between two pieces of bread is a dish we love to obsess over. What's the grind, is there something added to the grind of that meat? (Butter perhaps?) Where does the cheese go? How important are the accoutrements or do we want a naked slab of perfectly seared meat?
