Harrison Ford’s son sells Chinatown live/work theater for $3.3M

It opened in 1926 as a vaudeville theater Harrison Ford’s son Willard Ford certainly made a wise investment on Chinatown’s Kim Sing Theatre: He bought the property in 2000 for $300,000 — and just sold it for $3.3 million. Ford thoroughly overhauled the space on Figueroa north of Cesar Chavez in the 16 years he owned it, the Los Angeles Times reports. The Kim Sing had most recently been used as a combination event space and live/work residence for Ford himself.
