Men pay 7% more at this pharmacy because it's about time.

According to Gothamist, an independent pharmacy in New York City called Thompson Chemists is charging a 7% "man tax" for male customers in order to, ironically, raise awareness about the price disparity between genders. These signs are hanging in the window of the SoHo pharmacy. A study released last year by the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs shows that, on average, products marketed to women in New York cost 7% more than the same products marketed to men.
