A pair of luxury twisting towers are going up next to New York’s High Line

New York’s High Line — the beloved elevated park built along abandoned train tracks on Manhattan’s west side — will soon offer visitors a walking tour of nearby buildings by some of the world’s best modern architects. It already boasts Italian architect Renzo Piano’s popular design for the new Whitney Museum, a luxury condo tower designed by British designer Norman Foster, and Frank Gehry’s sail-like IAC building.
