Sushi Hub Kyoto Shutters Uptown This Week

The Prytania Street staple to close after twenty years Very sad news Uptown, with Ian McNulty reporting that twenty year old sushi stalwart and Eater 38 spot Kyoto is shuttering on October 15. The Prytania staple was operated by longtime owner Sara Molony, who tragically passed away due to cancer in February, and her brother tells McNulty that the family just couldn’t operate the restaurant as well as she had intended.
