PHOENIX — AOL co-founder and Revolution venture capital firm chairman and CEO Steve Case spent Oct. 7 in Phoenix with his Rise of the Rest startup bus tour. It was a whirlwind day that started at 7:15 a.m. at Civic Center Park with Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton and ended at the Duce with a pitch competition and eight chosen startups pitching their business in front of an estimated 1,000 people.
