SAN FRANCISCO — Many of the Bay Area's tech elite made their billions well before their celebrating their 40th, or even 30th birthdays, a new ranking of America's wealthiest people shows. According to Forbes, which issues a yearly ranking of the 400 wealthiest Americas, many of the youngest, local multi-billionaires are holding their wealth in highly-valued private shares valued in the billions.
