Facebook co-founder sued by investor over Palo Alto startup's bankruptcy

SILICON VALLEY — Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin and other former leaders at Jumio have been sued by an investor who said their "misrepresentations and ineptitude" led to its bankruptcy earlier this year. Bloso Investments Ltd. said in its lawsuit that the bankruptcy of Palo Alto-based ID verification startup Jumio could cost it the nearly $5 million it invested.
