The Pokéworks chain has arrived in Seattle Seattle, are you sick of poke yet? Restaurateurs are betting no, as the Hawaiian raw fish salad trend continues to flourish with the arrival of fast-casual restaurant chain Pokéworks, now open at the corner of 3rd and Seneca Downtown. The company currently operates franchise locations in Southern and Northern California and New York City, with more pending openings in California, New York, and Boston.
