Halperin: Leaked Clinton Campaign E-Mails Too ‘Complicated’ for Voters to Care About

Appearing on Wednesday’s NBC Today, Bloomberg Politics editor Mark Halperin tried to dismiss the importance of Clinton campaign e-mails released by Wikileaks as being too “inside baseball” and “complicated” for voters to grasp.
