Sony is appealing to the youths with an animated emoji movie.

As I get older, I find myself growing less and less in touch with what "the kids" are into. The latest in the string of things I don't understand is a new animated movie about the lives of emojis. That's right, folks. Sony Pictures Animation is releasing a film about emojis called Emojimovie: Express Yourself. According to a press release, the movie “unlocks the never-before-seen secret world inside your smartphone.
