The Dorsey Cocktail Lounge Confirmed for the Venetian

New York’s David Rabin and Sam Ross are behind the project The Dorsey upscale cocktail lounge is officially headed to the Venetian, confirming the Eater Vegas reveal of the replacement for the shuttered Bourbon Room. Two high-profile New York nightlife names will be behind the "high-design" venture, allocated a $2.5 million budget just for construction costs. The resort partnered with David Rabin to bring the sophisticated concept to the casino floor.
