Trump and Supreme Court Justices: New at Reason

At the Sunday presidential debate, Donald Trump claimed that he would appoint justices in the mold of late Antonin Scalia to the Supreme Court. By that he presumably means originalists. But Reason Foundation Senior Analyst Shikha Dalmia warns conservatives tempted to vote for him over Hillary Clinton because of that promise to think again. Hillary Clinton will be bad for the Constitution and originalism, no doubt.
