Does Donald Trump think the Republican Party has made a 'sinister deal' with Hillary Clinton?

Nothing rattles around the Trump noggin quite as loudly as a conspiracy theory. Whether it’s been fed to him by Breitbart, or Alex Jones, or beamed down to his hairpins from an unknown location, Donald Trump is there for a good conspiracy theory. And it looks like he has a new one. Trump at a Florida rally on Wednesday questioned why Ryan, who effectively conceded Trump's White House chances during a call with lawmakers this week, wouldn't come out and congratulate him after Sunday's presidential debate.
