At Least One Fed Official Knows Low Rates Are Hurting Institutional Investors

The Federal Reserve released the minutes of its September meeting on Wednesday, suggesting that a rate hike could come ‘relatively soon.’ Although not everyone thinks the Fed will raise rates in December, there’s some reason to hope that officials are cognizant of the effect of low interest rates for institutional investors.
