RI: RIPTA Moving Kennedy Plaza Office to Headquarters in Providence

The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority is poised to move an office for photo identification from Kennedy Plaza in downtown Providence to its main headquarters at 705 Elmwood Ave., Providence, the authority said Wednesday in a news release.
