Minnie Driver Says A Producer Told Her She Wasn't 'Hot Enough' For 'Good Will Hunting'

Minnie Driver may have scored an Oscar nomination for her role in “Good Will Hunting,” but she never would’ve made it that far if one producer had their way. During an interview with Andy Cohen on Wednesday’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” the actress revealed the rudest thing that anyone ever said to her and it had to deal with the famous 1997 film. “The producer of ‘Good Will Hunting’ did not think I was hot enough to be in that film and did not want me in the film,” Driver said, adding that Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and director Gus Van Sant all “fought very hard for me to play that role and I’m grateful to them until this day.
