Jewish Burgers and Latkes Coming to Austin With Jewboy Burgers

Nope, it’s not kosher Austin’s latest food truck mash-up combines Jewish puns and Tex-Mex takes on burgers with JewBoy Burgers, set to open on Friday, October 21. The melding of the two influences came about with Jewish owner Mo Pittle, who grew up in El Paso. Clearly the trailer isn’t kosher: it offers five different punny burgers, all with cheese. The Jewish American Princess comes with a latke (it was named by local blogger What Jew Wanna Eat Amy Kritzer).
