This Willy Wonka-inspired small shop led by chef Ian Kleinman has always been about bringing experiences that changes the perception of a dessert through temperature, color, texture, and flavor. Recently, he added a new trick to his shop: The miracle fruit. "Flavor tripping" is the term used to describe what happens when the miracle fruit is used, dissolved on your tongue the miracle fruit tricks your mind into thinking anything bitter or sour is sweet.
