Elizabeth Warren Asks Obama to Clear House at the SEC

Sen. Elizabeth Warren took a bold stance Friday, demanding in a letter that Barack Obama demote Security and Exchange Commission Chair Mary Jo White, who's held her position since 2013. The Massachusetts Democratic senator raised numerous objections to White's tenure atop the SEC, narrowing in on White's resistance to writing regulations that would compel corporations to reveal their political spending habits.
