Here’s what you may have missed From a freshly minted batch of Michelin-starred restaurants to the removal of a controversial sign at a legendary Philly cheesesteak spot — plus openings, closings, and cross-country expansions — here’s what happened across the Eater Universe this week: WASHINGTON DC — Michelin released its inaugural D.C. guide on Thursday. While no restaurants earned the coveted three-star rating, 12 restaurants in all were recognized; Minibar by José Andrés snagged two stars, as did The Inn at Little Washington.
