After going in cold, super premium ice cream maker's founder scoops up tasty revenue

SAN FRANCISCO — Ultra-premium ice cream company Humphry Slocombe isn’t afraid to stretch its imagination when it comes to flavor creation. Beet, foie gras, and potato chip ice cream are examples.
