Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas could be on his way out of Stamford Bridge as early as January after AC Milan reportedly held talks with the Spaniard.
Fabregas has fallen out-of-favor in west London after the arrival of Antonio Conte as manager in the summer, with the Italian believing Fabregas is lacking defensively.
According to Italian newspaper Tuttosport, AC Milan is prepared to take the 29-year-old away from Chelsea in January with the club in the middle of a takeover by Chinese investors.
