The Latest: White House dismisses Trump's vote-rigging fears

White House spokesman Josh Earnest is dismissing GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump's concerns about the Nov. 8 election being rigged against him. Earnest noted that several battleground states have Republican governors, and presumably all of those governors have confidence in their states' ability to manage the election fairly.
