Severe flooding in Vietnam wreaks havoc as Typhoon Sarika threatens further destruction

Severe flooding caused a wave of destruction and death in Vietnam. At least 21 people have perished in the country, and thousands of homes are completely underwater. Even as the country struggles to recover, Typhoon Sarika threatens even more devastation. Heavy rains caused the flooding, but according to local media, water rushing out from hydropower reserves made the flooding worse.
