Richard Branson to S.F. weed conference: Legalize it and hand me a 'spliff or two'

SAN FRANCISCO — Tech entrepreneur and Virgin billionaire Richard Branson believes that cannabis advocates should be fighting hard to legalize the drug, he told the New West Summit conference, "The Future of Cannabis, Now," in San Francisco this week. Saying he wouldn't mind being asked to "take a spliff or two," Branson weighed in on efforts to legalize marijuana, just weeks before California voters go to the polls to vote on a proposition to regulate and tax the drug.
