Marcus Samuelsson Will Pop Into Brunch at Olamaie

No, he won’t cook Marcus Samuelsson, the New York City-based chef at Red Rooster, cookbook author, James Beard Award winner, and Top Chef winner, will hang out at Olamaie for brunch on Saturday, November 5. Alas, Samuelsson won’t be found behind the kitchen. Instead, Olamaie chef Michael Fojtasek will cook up a special brunch menu using recipes from the honored chef’s The Red Rooster Cookbook, served alongside weekend morning cocktails.
