BlackRock (BLK) is rising Tuesday, following its upbeat third-quarter earnings report. BlackRock said it earned $875 million in the third quarter $5.14 a share. Revenue fell 2.5% to $2.84 billion. Analysts were looking for $5 a share in earnings on $2.88 billion in revenue.
