Here’s What You’ll Be Eating at Oak Street Po’ Boy Fest

Heading to Carrollton this Sunday, October 23 It’s the ten year anniversary of the Oak Street Po’ Boy Fest, a one day event that brings hoards of hungry folks out to eat and drink their way down an insanely-packed Carrollton neighborhood thoroughfare. The festival is being held a month earlier than usual this year, Ann Maloney reports, in hopes of cashing in on warmer weather and more sunshine, which means you better expect a herd of 50,000+ ravenous fried shrimp seekers shuffling down Oak and Leonidas at a hangover's pace both before and after the Saints game (noon kick-off).
