Instagram Is Bringing Stories to the Explore Tab

Instagram is now letting users find other people's Stories through its Explore tab. The feature, introduced today for both Android and iOS devices, lets those using the Facebook-owned video and photo app find short 10-second series from people other than those they already follow. In a blog post announcing the addition, Instagram said about a third of its total users—or around 100 million–visit Explore daily to discover new photos and videos from users they don't already follow.
