The Mansion Restaurant Has A New Executive Chef

Tom Parlo is a newcomer to Dallas, but not upscale kitchens. After a lengthy search, the Mansion at Turtle Creek has officially hired a new executive chef. Announced via release, Tom Parlo will take over the kitchen at the storied Uptown restaurant starting this month. Parlo is a newcomer to Dallas, serving most recently as executive chef at Austin’s Hotel Granduca. He’s also spent time in Michelin-starred establishments in Europe like Restaurant Dieter Müller and Postillon.
