Turn, Turn, Turn

Say what? The market has a case of the up downs. The end-of-the-month, end-of-quarter action is more often positive than not. But the final session (tomorrow) tends to be a bit less volatile, almost like some outside agency, like the SEC, were watching. SPY rallied back to resistance late and weakened. QQQ has made lower highs and lows on the intermediate-term chart (bottom, middle) IWM is a tad better than the previous two.
