Josh Henderson’s Great State Burger Opens in the International District Next Week

It will share a building with Dough Zone Dumpling House Prolific restaurateur Josh Henderson and his empire-building Huxley Wallace Collective (Westward, Quality Athletics, Kiki Ramen) have settled on the International District for the third outpost of their Great State Burger chainlet. It will take up residence at 504 Fifth Avenue, in a building called The Publix — also set to house Seattle’s first outpost of Eastside’s excellent Dough Zone Dumpling House.
