Merck's CEO left Trump's manufacturing council over Charlottesville — here’s how the rest of the council responded

Merck CEO Kenneth Frazier, the only black business leader on the president’s manufacturing council, resigned from the group on Monday after President Donald Trump failed to explicitly denounce white nationalism following the weekend violence in Charlottesville, Virginia. While the move spurred a reaction from Trump, who later on Monday denounced white nationalists and neo-Nazis, none of the other members of the council decided to depart.
