New Arms fighter looks like they're wearing Hammer pants

Arms. In this post-Splatoon 2 world, are you still playing it? I'm not, but that's because I don't own the game. Or a Switch. But more than one million people have bought it and next year at Evo Japan it will be one of the featured titles, so hopefully, Switch owners will still be into it once that rolls around. One way to keep us goldfish interested is with new fighters.
