Beach Buffet Confirmed for the Tropicana

Will replace the shuttered Beach Café Revealed last month to be taking over the Beach Café at the Tropicana Las Vegas, new plywood signage confirms the Beach Buffet will be up and running by the end of the year. Promising a winter arrival, the switcheroo will transform the bright and airy 5,384-square-foot space with an estimated construction budget of $750,000. Among the changes, replacing the current serving area with a more familiar Las Vegas buffet layout and adding new pizza, pasta, dessert and drink stations.
