Trump to North Dakota: At Least You're Not Texas

President Donald Trump appeared in North Dakota and told farmers who are plagued by severe drought that they are better off than people in Houston. Trump said, "I know you have a little bit of a drought. They had the opposite, believe me, you're better off. You are better off, they had the absolute opposite." While Trump calls it a "little bit of a drought," 41 percent of the state's pasture and range conditions are rated "very poor.
