Wild Wood Bakehouse’s New Gluten-Free Restaurant Is Now Open

In the place of the now-closed Silo on 7th In the place of the now-closed Silo on 7th is a new gluten-free restaurant from Wild Wood Bakehouse. Wilder Wood Restaurant and Bar expands on the bakery’s offerings with a full menu. All fried items are made with rice oil. Like its predecessor, Wilder Wood’s menu emphasizes burgers, like one topped with guacamole, another made with a bison patty, the vegetarian-friendly Portobello mushroom provolone, and the spicy Texas Heater.
