Anyone who has been on a weight-loss journey knows that it doesn't only matter what you eat, but it also matters when you choose to sit down for a meal. We grew up hearing that breakfast was the most important meal of the day, but there has been a lot of talk lately about intermittent fasting, which is a diet that recommends you fast for 16 hours a day and only eat during the other eight hours.
