Nebraska and Oregon had 2 catch of the year candidates in the 1st quarter

One sick grab is fine, but how ‘bout two? In just 15 minutes of play, both Oregon and Nebraska have submitted their claims for the mythical Catch Of The Year competition that totally needs to be an actual college football award. On the fifth offensive play of the game, Oregon QB Justin Herbert hit Brenden Schooler on this really nice grab. Not to be outdone, Nebraska’s Tanner Lee hits De'Mornay Pierson for this on-the-money TD as well.
