Jim Carrey Surfaces At Fashion Week To Announce Nothing Matters

When I was a sophomore in college, a guy I was dating broke up with me by reading to me from Rene Descartes' Meditations on Philosophy. "Don't you see?" he said, after recounting melting wax in great detail. "None of this matters because none of us exist." A more convincing argument might have been, "I'm just not that into you," but either way it appears my ex-paramour's nihilistic worldview lines up with that of Peggy Sue Got Married star Jim Carrey, who showed up at NY Fashion Week this weekend to tell E! News that fashion, like everything, is meaningless.
