New South Park apartment project revealed in renderings

Seven stories and up to 177 units Planning documents that will be presented to the Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council next week offer a first glimpse at one of the many new development projects on the way to Downtown’s red hot South Park neighborhood. The plans (spotted by Urbanize LA) also reveal that the seven-story residential complex, first proposed in January, could include more units of housing than previously planned.
