Tesla's Autopilot system is partially to blame for a fatal crash, federal investigators say (TSLA)

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) said Tuesday that aspects of Tesla Autopilot played a role in a fatal crash involving Joshua Brown, 40, in May 2016, Reuters reported. The NTSB, an independent government investigative agency, had a meeting Tuesday to "determine the probable cause" of the fatal crash that occurred last year in Williston, Florida. The board cannot issue recalls or force regulatory changes, but it can make recommendations.
