Fantasy implications of David Johnson wrist surgery costing him 2-3 months

Kerwynn Williams will be among the most sought after running backs on fantasy football waiver wires in Week 2. The Arizona Cardinals suffered a huge blow in Week 1, losing running back David Johnson to a wrist injury. He will undergo surgery this week, and is expected to miss two-to-three months, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. The Cardinals will place Johnson on IR with hopes of using the return designation later this year.
