No, not directly. But it would be a good idea to pee into a watering can, add water, and sprinkle the diluted urine around. Ray Weil, professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Technology at the University of Maryland says: "There is certainly no need for a suburban family to ever buy any fertilizer... Diluted urine grows wonderful vegetables."
