The poke and sushi burrito restaurant opens two new locations A local poke restaurant makes the move to the Strip. Now fans heading to a concert or Las Vegas Golden Knights games at T-Mobile Arena can fuel up at Tail & Fin, which just opened two fast-casual locations there. Diners can get made-to-order sushi burritos and poke bowls available at most events. Six different options make the menu, made with ahi tuna, spicy tuna or salmon with a vegan and vegetarian options also available.
