Burbank teaming up with craft brewer to create new event space

The new hotspot will replace a large warehouse Burbank’s downtown is about to get some competition from the other side of the 5 Freeway. The city of Burbank has teamed up with developer West Magnolia, LLC to turn a city-owned site on Magnolia Boulevard near Front Street in Burbank into a cool destination. The project would demolish an existing 70,000-square-foot warehouse at 10 West Magnolia Boulevard and replace it with a new event space and food and drink complex designed by House and Robertson.
