MADISON, Wis. (AP) — In a story Jan. 31 about the Wisconsin Elections Commission's search for a new administrator, The Associated Press reported erroneously that the April ballot will ask voters to approve a constitutional amendment bolstering crime victims' rights. The amendment would abolish the state treasurer's office. A corrected version of the story is below: Elections panel puts off administrator search again The state Elections Commission has decided again to postpone a vote on launching a search for a new leader following Senate Republicans' refusal to confirm Administrator Michael Haas.
