The biggest chatbots of the real estate industry

The chatbots have become the real estate agent's best friend when capturing potential customers (because who would answer a question at two o'clock on Sunday morning?). Chatbots can do much of the heavy lifting that agents used to do, such as tracking leads online, asking qualifying questions, and looking up MLS data. Once the lead is captured and all qualifying questions are answered, the lead is ready for the agent, who receives instant notification of the communication to his EVZ.
